We start every day with a full and healthy breakfast made up of a rich assortment of sweet and savoury options and a wide selection of organic and gluten-free products. The breakfast buffet includes cakes, homemade pastries prepared by our chef Demetrio, fresh preserves, mountain honeys, a large jar of Nutella (of course), fresh bread, yoghurt, a variety of dried fruit and fruit preserves, fruit juices and freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad and fresh fruit, cold cuts and local cheeses, and last but not least, bacon and eggs, prepared as you prefer: fried, scrambled or omelette. You will never get bored with our breakfast!
What better welcome after an outing in the mountains or a morning of skiing on the slopes of the Dolomiti mountains, than our delicious afternoon snack buffet: homemade cakes, pastries, and biscuits, hot drinks and fruit juices…
You can’t miss out on this one! On Wednesday evening after dinner, a delicious buffet of desserts awaits you in the Hotel Dolomiti lounge, showcasing the sweet traditions of our house including Tyrolese classics like the Sachertorte, Linzertorte, and apple strudel, as well as desserts prepared with coconut, fruits of the forest, almonds, and much more. And if that is not enough, you can finish off with mini cream desserts and parfaits. A temptation that you won’t be able to resist!
