The pride of being one of the oldest hotels in Moena

Ever since the Osteria Dolomiti was built in 1924 by Francesco’s grandparents, Flora Volcan and Domenico Jellici, we have been a landmark for the inhabitants of Moena and for the many tourists who even then flocked to Trentino and in particular to Val di Fassa and our marvellous Dolomite Mountains. The Osteria was home to many travellers who shared countless stories, anecdotes, adventures… our grandparents can often be heard saying “Ah… if these walls could talk…”!

Over the years we have tried to preserve this vitality. Today Hotel Dolomiti is a modern hotel with elegant and comfortable rooms equipped with every possible commodity and service, but it maintains the charm of an old mountain home with many details that bring to mind a beauty that knows no time: the large fireplace in the lounge, the inlaid wooden dressers, the larch-wood “stube”, the paintings… just like a real mountain chalet.
